Company
Overview
An engineering led software company founded in 2023, building product platforms and delivering client engineering worldwide.
Vintorr was established in 2023. We build operational software and deliver engineering services to clients who need reliable systems, not generic templates or opaque delivery models.
Our platforms cover sales floors, stock rooms, reservations, customer records, billing, and internal requests. When a standard product is not sufficient, the same engineering team designs, builds, and integrates custom systems with documented scope and phased delivery.
Clients work directly with the people responsible for design and implementation. Scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before build work begins.
Client work spans multiple sectors; education, hospitality, and retail are areas where we have repeated delivery experience, not the only industries we serve.
Outcomes
We define success in operational terms, uptime, throughput, error rates, and time saved.
Discipline
Scope, architecture, and delivery practices that keep systems maintainable.
Access
Direct communication with the people designing and shipping the work.
Mission
Deliver dependable software and engineering that operators can trust.
History
How we got here
2023
Company founded
Vintorr launched with a focus on operational software, product development alongside scoped client engineering grounded in real workflows and production requirements.
Early work combined product development with client engineering grounded in real workflows and production requirements.
2024
Product catalog
Core product lines for point of sale, inventory, and reservations entered the catalog as configurable platforms.
Audit trails, role based access, and exportable reporting became standard requirements across product lines.
2025
Engineering services
Integration, automation, and multiple site deployment services expanded alongside the product catalog.
Remote delivery enabled client programmes across regions with the same engineering standards.
Today
Products and client delivery
Sixteen product modules and nine service areas. A small team with direct access on every engagement.
We continue to extend the catalog while delivering scoped engineering for operators who need something built around their process.
Services
Product platforms and engineering
Two complementary ways clients work with us.
Product + services
We sell software for common operational jobs and deliver engineering when your environment needs something bespoke.
Deploy a product line as-is for the fastest path when your process matches baseline workflows. Configure sites, roles, tax rules, and branding without custom code where possible.
Extend products with integrations and custom modules, or build new systems when nothing off the shelf fits, always with written scope and testable releases.

Markets we know
Most of our work sits where staff, customers, and systems meet under time pressure, Saturday afternoon queues, check-in rushes, month-end close.
Retail and wholesale with multiple location stock and promotions that must not break inventory integrity. Hospitality with reservation heavy operations and rotating shifts.
Operations teams replacing spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and brittle macros with workflows that log every approval and export clean data for finance.

- Hotels, restaurants, and reservation heavy hospitality
- Operations teams replacing spreadsheets and email chains
How we measure success
We define outcomes in operational terms, not slide decks or vanity metrics.
Uptime and error rates on production paths your staff depend on. Time saved on recurring manual tasks that used to live in email and spreadsheets.
Audit-ready history on approvals, stock adjustments, and configuration changes, so internal audit and external reviewers get answers without emergency exports.
- Uptime and error rates on production paths
- Time saved on recurring manual tasks
- Audit-ready history on approvals and changes
